Must have:
  • 6 months experience in data capture and document validation

  • Good spelling, typing speed, and numeric keypad proficiency
  • Proficiency in database management (e.g., Excel, OnBase)

Iron Mountain is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for the control desk to join our team in Mexico.

As a Data Entry Specialist for the Iron Mountain Control Desk, you will be responsible for managing physical archives, digitizing, and capturing information from our different clients at their facilities to process it according to company requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6 months in data capture (recently desirable) and document validation
  • Document management or archiving, such as its digitization.
  • Good spelling, speed, and numeric keypad handling
  • Database management (Excel, OnBase, etc.)
  • Education: completed high school

  • Data capture
  • Information verification
  • File management
  • Document scanning

We offer:

  • Salary: $10,941 - Monthly (gross, weekly payments by BANORTE)
  • Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6 pm
  • Direct hiring by the company
