This role involves direct interaction with policyholders, managing necessary procedures for end clients, conducting client meetings and visits, and handling various policy movements such as registrations, cancellations, and corrections. The coordinator will be a key point of contact for insured individuals, ensuring smooth operations and service delivery within the insurance sector.
Must have:
  • Direct attention to policyholders

  • Finished or unfinished Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance, preferably with Major Medical Expenses, Life, and Minors Insurance
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and massive data crossing)
  • Advanced English

Job Details

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team. This position will be based in the City of Aguascalientes and is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days a week

As an Operations and Service Executive

We will count on you for:

  • Direct attention to policyholders
  • Necessary procedures for the end client
  • Talks and visits with the client
  • Movements (registrations, cancellations, corrections, etc.)

What you need to have:

  • Finished or unfinished Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance, preferably dealing with Major Medical Expenses Insurance, Life Insurance, and Minors Insurance.
  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and massive data crossing)
  • Advanced English
