Join Thales on the Vélizy campus, a global high-tech leader in Defense & Security, Aeronautics & Space, and Cyber & Digital. As CPO Hardware Tribe, you will collect and analyze hardware engineering needs, integrate DfM requirements, perform technology watch, and deploy a transformation roadmap focusing on AI. You will lead development teams in France and Romania, support solution deployment, and coordinate the Hardware Academy to enhance engineers' skills. This role requires an engineering degree with at least 15 years of experience in hardware engineering, advanced practices, multidisciplinary team management, and technology watch.

Must Have:
  • Collect and analyze the needs of Thales group entities regarding hardware engineering practices.
  • Integrate industrial process control requirements, particularly Design for Manufacturing (DfM).
  • Perform technology watch to propose solutions adapted to editor tools.
  • Develop and deploy the transformation roadmap for engineering workshops, with a focus on AI.
  • Lead the teams responsible for developing "Factory" workshops in France and Romania.
  • Ensure support for the deployment of solutions within the group's entities.
  • Develop and make available the engineering workshops necessary for group projects.
  • Lead technological evolutions within engineering practices.
  • Coordinate the Hardware Academy to train and support group engineers in their skill development.
  • Engineering degree.

Your missions:

Your profile:
