Your missions:
As CPO Hardware Tribe, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing the needs of Thales group entities regarding hardware engineering practices.
- Integrating industrial process control requirements, particularly Design for Manufacturing (DfM).
- Performing technology watch to propose solutions adapted to editor tools.
- Developing and deploying the transformation roadmap for engineering workshops, with a focus on AI.
- Leading the teams responsible for developing "Factory" workshops in France and Romania.
- Ensuring support for the deployment of solutions within the group's entities.
- Developing and making available the engineering workshops necessary for group projects.
- Leading technological evolutions within engineering practices.
- Coordinating the Hardware Academy to train and support group engineers in their skill development.
Your profile:
- Is your priority to transform engineering practices by integrating advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence?
- Do you have the ambition to upskill the group's engineers to meet productivity and innovation challenges?
- Do you want to discover new technologies and participate in a large-scale project with a direct impact on the entire Thales group?
You have an Engineering degree and experience in:
- Hardware engineering (minimum 15 years)
- Advanced engineering practices and industrial processes (DfM)
- Management of multidisciplinary teams
- Technology watch and implementation of editor tools
