Job Description

This Credit Analyst role at PT MAB involves analyzing customer submissions to determine creditworthiness for financial facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring complete credit data, evaluating and recommending applications, conducting phone verifications, analyzing customer accounts and behavior to minimize risk, and detecting fraud. The analyst will make loan recommendations based on detailed analysis to prevent defaults and financial loss. The role requires a 24-hour shift schedule.

Must have:

Detail-oriented
Credit analysis or KYC experience
Critical thinking & analytical skills
Fast response to escalations
Complete credit data
Loan recommendation

About The Role

This role will be responsible for analyzing and providing credit decisions from customer submissions to get financial facility from PT MAB. The challenges is to really details analysis to avoid potential default of financial lost.

What You Will Do

Ensure credit mandatory data have been complete
Responsible for evaluating and recommending credit application
Do phone verification if needed data to collect
Making loan recommendation
Analyze customer account and behavior to identify potential credit and minimizing risk
Early detection for fraud case

What You Will Need

Detail oriented
Experience on Credit Analyze or KYC processing
Critical minded, strong analyze and analytical skills
Not color blind
Fast respond for escalation
Ready to work on 24 hours shifting
