Job Description

As a CRM Manager at Growe, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful promotional campaigns across various communication channels such as email, SMS, and web push notifications. Your role includes analyzing campaign performance, understanding key metrics, and customizing campaigns based on data insights. You will collaborate with wider teams, focusing on content ordering and design materials. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, mechanics, and key KPIs to drive results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer needs.

  • 2+ years of CRM/Retention or marketing experience
  • Experience with email/SMS/push/popup communication
  • Knowledge of casino and sports players
  • Understanding of betting industry specifics and KPIs

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow;

  • Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);

  • A great knowledge of casino and sports players;
  • A good knowledge of betting industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);

  • Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines;

  • Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
