Job Description

Growe is seeking a Deputy Delivery Director to gain a deep understanding of the company’s delivery domain, oversee multiple delivery streams, partner with the Delivery Director on strategy, and lead Project Managers and Delivery Leads. The role involves building client relationships, ensuring team alignment, monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvements, and proactively identifying risks. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in IT Delivery or Program/Project management within a tech-driven environment, strong understanding of SDLCs, and experience managing large-scale project portfolios.

Must Have:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT Delivery or Program/Project management within a tech-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, high-load, or complex multi-project portfolios
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms — ideally in iGaming or fintech
  • Upper intermediate English, with strong written and spoken communication skills

  • Monitor and report on key delivery KPIs, including​​ Uptime Rate, Development Deviation (normal deviation), Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, Delivery Rate;
  • Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes, tools, and communication practices;
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across programs.

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT Delivery or Program/Project management within a tech-driven environment;
