System Supply Chain Manager (M/F)

Within the Pays de la Loire region, our site specializes in the integration of identification equipment integrated on aeronautical platforms and naval communication systems. The site's activity, mainly industrial, covers the entire product life cycle, from the design phase to customer support.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a System Industrial Consolidation Lot Manager (RLIC – Supply Chain Manager).

You will join the Laval System Industry team, a department composed of about thirty people, responsible, depending on the projects, for the definition, industrialization, production, and Supply Chain management of solutions (bays, boxes, systems).

In this capacity, you will:

• Represent the Project Manager on the industrial site, and as such, ensure that project needs (external and internal supplies) are properly taken into account, that project stocks are well managed, and that customer deliveries are made for the project.
• Enter and be responsible for sales orders (ADV) associated with the project in the ERP, while guaranteeing the codification (PLM and ERP) of items supplied for the projects for which you have RLIC responsibility.
• Pilot the physical constitution of industrial lots to be presented to clients, and ensure their pre-acceptance and factory acceptance.
• Pilot packaging, shipping, and ensure the smooth running of the logical flow (Outgoing Delivery, export documentation, ERP and PLM updates, etc.) physical and financial according to the defined scope.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager (participation in project progress meetings, COPIL, risk reviews).

Your profile

Engineer training or equivalent with a specialization in project management / industrial logistics / Supply Chain, you have a first successful experience (5 to 10 years) in the Industrial sector.

What you know how to do:

You master the use of an ERP (ease and practice of SAP would be a plus).

You master the Microsoft Office suite.

Fluent English

You have good knowledge of logistics flows (packaging / transport processes, incoterm, customs, export control).

Knowledge of the production industry or customer support.
