Job Description

Growe is seeking a VIP CRM Manager to develop and execute strategic monthly calendars for Casino and Sports customers. The role involves using analytics to drive CRM decisions, conducting weekly performance analysis, and analyzing player behaviors for targeted segmentation and personalized offers. Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing daily campaigns for player upselling, retention, and reactivation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multi-channel communications. The manager will also track and report on CRM metrics, conduct A/B testing, and use insights for continuous improvement.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize daily campaigns focused on: player upselling, retention, reactivation
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging and relevant promotions
  • Manage multi-channel communications via: Email, SMS, push notifications, In-app messages, events & promotions
  • Identify key Sports and Casino events to align with targeted promotions
  • Ensure consistent, compelling, and timely communication around special events and offers
  • Track and report on key CRM metrics, including: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn rate, monthly pulsation flows, ARPU, campaign conversion rates, communication metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to optimize CRM performance
  • Use insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM/Retention/Marketing role
  • Experience managing VIP segments and executing high-value retention strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking tools
  • An Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

  • Conduct A/B testing and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to optimize CRM performance;
  • Use insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.

##### We need your professional experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM/Retention/Marketing role;
  • Experience with the iGaming industry (will be a plus);
  • Experience managing VIP segments and executing high-value retention strategies;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking tools;
  • A good understanding of player behavior is a strong advantage;
  • An Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
