Job Description

Growe is seeking a Risk CRM Analyst to analyze bonus terms, monitor player activity for risks, and conduct player behavior analysis. The role involves detecting irregularities in CRM processes, collaborating with CRM, Risk, and Product teams to improve bonus policies, and preparing reports to support data-driven decisions. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in CRM analytics or risk management, strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL), and experience with bonus or loyalty programs.
