Manage the daily operations of inbound transportation, including task allocation, process control, and resource optimization to meet key performance indicators like efficiency, cost, and operational reliability. Develop and implement strategies and improvement plans through data analysis to enhance operational efficiency. Source, select, use, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels. Lead the team by establishing work standards, refining business processes, and motivating team members to achieve performance goals. Drive cross-departmental collaboration with cross-border airfreight, order management, and customer operations to ensure sustainable business development. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, performance management, and evaluation. Manage transportation costs, assist in budget control, and optimize logistics expenses. Establish effective report templates for data auditing and analysis, providing weekly and monthly updates on delivery times and costs, and regularly reporting work progress and suggestions to management.
Must have:
  • 4-8 years of experience in domestic transportation
  • At least 2 years of team management experience
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good data analysis and cost management abilities
  • Proficient in office software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to withstand high work pressure
  • Adaptable to multinational and cross-team collaboration culture
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with domestic transportation suppliers and market resources
  • Experience in supply chain planning and procurement for transportation platforms
  • English as a working language

Job Details

1.头程运输日常运营管理

负责头程运输日常运营(任务分配、流程把控和优化资源配置)。以便满足关键指标如效率、成本、运作可靠性;通过数据分析,制定并实施策略和改进计划,提升运营效率;


2.供应商开发与管理

按照业务战略规划,制定供应商的遴选、使用、评估及考核标准,进行有效的供应商管理,确保有竞争力的价格和服务水准;根据具体业务或项目需求,寻找适合的供应商以支持相关业务发展;


3.团队管理与跨部门合作

团队领导力:制定团队工作规范,不断完善业务流程,激发团队的积极性和主动性。制定本部门各岗位绩效考核方案,并有效指导,提升团队业务能力,帮助团队成员达成工作绩效和目标;

跨部门协同:推动跨部门(跨境空运、订单管理、客户运营与管理)合作,积极协调并推动问题解决,保证业务健康可持续发展;


4.人才发展与培养

与公司人力资源部门协同下,进行招聘、培训及绩效管理与评估等工作;结合团队需求,支持和配合制定培训计划实施和评估;


5.成本和预算

对成本负责,协助管理层进行运输成本的预算和控制,优化物流成本,降低公司运营成本;


6.报告与汇报

基于原始数据建立有效的报告模板,以便业务数据审核与分析;

负责每周和每月的交货期和成本更新;

定期向管理层汇报工作进展,合理提出自己的观点和建议。



任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,至少有4-8年或以上国内运输相关领域工作经验,其中至少有2年及以上团队管理经验;

2.熟悉国内运输供应商和市场资源、有运输平台供应链规划、采购工作经验者优先;

3.出色的决策和解决问题能力,不仅限于运营方面,供应商管理及团队管理方面,需要在变化中运用自身经验及知识解决问题。

4.具备较强的数据分析能力和成本管理意识,熟悉通用办公软件技能;

5.具备较强的沟通技巧,能够与团队成员、供应商、客户和其他利益相关者有效沟通;

6.具备较强的报表、报告等汇报表达技能,能够承受高强度的工作压力;

7.能够适应并接受跨国和跨团队合作文化,英语能够作为工作语言优先。
