Job Description

We invite you to try yourself as a Metrology Specialist (medical equipment). You will be responsible for verification/calibration of tools, repair/replacement of tools, processing deviations when returning tools, reconciliation of tools and turnover assessment, maintaining master data, and participating in optimization projects. We expect higher technical education in relevant fields, knowledge of metrology processes, ability to work with technical documentation, communication skills, and pre-intermediate English.
Must have:
  • Verification / Calibration of tools (weekly): Data preparation and applications for verification/calibration, creation of applications and registration of documents in the ICON system, acceptance and issuance of tools to engineers, updating data in Tool Data Base and SAP ZPA, archiving certificates, working with invoices, processing out-of-tolerance (OOT) cases.
  • Repair / Replacement of tools (as needed): Searching for repair options and components, interacting with service providers, organizing export-import operations or local purchases.
  • Processing deviations when returning tools (daily): Interaction with Blue Room, SSD, SC, investigating cases of incompleteness or malfunction.
  • Reconciliation of tools and turnover assessment (weekly): Verification of physical location and accounting data, analysis of procurement, export or disposal needs.
  • Maintaining master data (daily): Updating Tool Data Base, SAP ZPA, SharePoint, supporting completeness lists.
  • Participation in local and global projects for tool management optimization.
  • Higher technical education in metrology, instrumentation, radio engineering, electronics, automation, engineering or related technical specialties.
  • Knowledge of verification, calibration, repair and accounting of tools.
  • Ability to work with technical documentation and regulatory acts.
  • Communication and interaction skills with various departments.
  • English language level not lower than pre-intermediate.
