As a Customer Success Manager for the Europe Region, you will provide comprehensive support to CleverTap's European customers, focusing on value realization, solution engineering, and product adoption. Your goal is to retain and grow CleverTap business through effective customer success management. Working from India, you will support the Europe region, operating on a shift from 1:00 PM IST to 10 PM IST. Responsibilities include driving product adoption to help customers achieve business outcomes, understanding customer businesses through health checks, and building strong relationships with clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, conduct executive business reviews, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and be an expert on digital marketing and analytics trends. You will also ensure customers maximize value from the CleverTap platform, liaise with internal teams, and handle customer concerns effectively.
Must have:
  • Graduation in B.E (Any stream) / B.Sc (IT)
  • Overall 5-8 years of experience
  • 2-3 years as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Strong technical aptitude
Good to have:
  • Ability to speak fluently in English
  • Experience in SaaS / MarTech
  • Currently working in night shift
  • Worked with clients across Europe

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing complete support to the Europe customers for CleverTap on value realization, solution engineering and product adoption with the customer's system, retain and grow CleverTap business by effective customer success management.

You will be supporting Europe region based out of India and will work in shift (timing: 1:00 PM IST to 10 PM IST)

What you will do:
- Drive the product adoption to help customer achieve their business outcomes and realize value (build Success Plans).
- Develop an intimate understanding of your customers’ businesses, conduct health checks.
- Develop a network of champions within each account through education, coaching, and strong influencing skills.
- Represent to our customers as a trusted advisor, advocate and marketing thought leader/subject-matter-expert, conduct regular executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
- Be an expert on trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics.
- Enlighten our customers with insights gleaned from their own data and industry trends.
- Ensure customers get maximum value from CleverTap by leveraging full platform functionality.
- Liaison between your customers and all the internal teams.
- Handle customer concerns with confidence, putting them at ease.

What we are looking for
Must have: 
- Graduation in B.E (Any stream) / B.Sc (IT)
- Overall 5-8 years of experience with 2-3 years as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Strong technical aptitude

Good to have: 
- Ability to speak fluently in English 
- Experience in SaaS / MarTech
- Currently working in night shift
- Have worked with clients across Europe

Measures of Success:
- Retention Rates:  Client renewal and churn rates
- Product Adoption: Depth and breadth of platform features utilized by clients.
- ROI Performance: Effectiveness of client campaigns / Engagement executed using our platform
- Client Satisfaction: Measured through Net Promoter Score, Case studies published & feedback
- Expansion: Measured through upsell & cross-sell of our platform
