Here’s the Deal:

As a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for providing sales support and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle client tenders, review contract specifications, resolve disputes, and assist in the billing process. You will play a key role in driving customer retention, improving overall volume handling, and ensuring invoice quality.

The Basics:

  • Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience
  • Years of Experience: 6 months client facing related
  • Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
  • Technical Skills:  Handle 30 Daily Calls (average)
  • English Level: B2

Availability:

The Customer Success Partner must have full availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, during the first three months for onboarding. After this period, the role requires in-office presence two times a week, with remote work on other days, and a fully available, reliable internet connection is essential.

Please consider that as per country regulations due to foreigners’ employment legal guideline, from now on we can only consider Mexican Workers for our Americas Hub in Mexico City.
