Job Description

This role involves processing customer data in compliance with operational policies and procedures, ensuring quality, KPIs, and delivery timelines are met. Key responsibilities include identifying and manually indexing information from digital documents, categorizing them, and validating references for accuracy. The operator is also responsible for daily management of digital documents, ensuring correct numbers are received and delivered, and notifying managers of any discrepancies or failures to meet deadlines.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience of working with the records management or Data Protection industry is desirable.
Must Have:
  • Process customer data in compliance with operations' policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality level, KPIs, and delivery timelines goals are achieved.
  • Identify information in customer's digital documents and manually index it.
  • Categorize documents according to requirements.
  • Validate automatically identified/captured references for accuracy.
  • Manage daily digital documents, ensuring correct numbers are received and delivered.
  • Notify direct manager about any discrepancy.
  • Report completion of the process at the end of the working schedule.
  • Ensure quality requirements agreed with the company and customer are achieved.
  • Notify team leader about exceptions from rules.
  • Comply with delivery deadlines agreed with the customer.
  • Notify manager on possible failures related to delivering on time.
  • Advanced communication skills in German.

Position summary

Process the customer’s data in compliance with the operations’ policies and procedures, ensuring the quality level, KPIs & delivery timelines goals are achieved.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Advanced communication skills in German.
  • Very good typing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Professional image, attitude and work methods.
  • Previous experience of working with the records management or Data Protection industry is desirable, but not mandatory.

Your role in our mission:

  • Process the customer’s information according to the work instructions: identify in the customer’s digital documents the information required and manually index it; categorize the documents according to the requirements; validate the references automatically identified/captured by the operating system, confronting them against the instructions for accuracy.
  • Responsible for the daily management of the digital documents according to the instructions received (ensure that the correct number of documents is received and delivered to the customer, as per the received scanning report; notify the direct manager about any discrepancy; report at the end of the working schedule the completion of the process).
  • Ensure the requirements for quality, agreed by the company with the customer, are achieved & notify the team leader about exceptions from the rules.
  • Responsible for complying with the delivery deadlines agreed with the customer & notify the manager on possible failures related to delivering on time.
