Job Description

As a Data Manager, you will track customer projects and implement tools to improve data efficiency, building the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. You will work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy. Responsibilities include starting up and monitoring client projects/tools, instituting frameworks for project and campaign lifecycles, diving into large data sets for insights, connecting data across various marketing channels, communicating with clients, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve business goals.
Must Have:
  • Start-up and monitoring of projects/tools for clients
  • Instituting frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
  • Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients
  • Connecting the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts
  • Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals
  • Good level of Excel

Overview

As a Data Manager, you’ll track customer projects as well as implement tools that improve data efficiency, build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. You’ll work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Start-up and monitoring of projects/tools for clients
  • Instituting frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting

Qualifications

  • Around 3 years of experience in an analytics position
  • Passion for marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Good level of Excel
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
