Job Description
The Data Migration Specialist will lead a secure, large-scale content migration project. This role involves planning and executing data migration strategies for approximately 2TB of data. The specialist will be responsible for cleansing, validating, and classifying legacy data, performing encrypted data transfers, and ensuring post-migration validations. They will also be required to ensure metadata mapping and retention policy compliance. The role is remote with occasional travel to the MENA region for 2-10 days.
Must Have:
- 5+ years in SharePoint data migrations
- Hands-on experience with ShareGate and PowerShell scripting
- Deep understanding of SharePoint metadata, security, and compliance features
