As the Manager, Deals Desk, you will lead a team of Deals Desk Analysts, providing crucial support to the Sales organization. Your role involves expertise in deal structure, pricing, quoting, and contract review, acting as a key partner in the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process. You will leverage critical thinking to resolve complex situations, fostering 'win-win' outcomes, and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements. This full-time position is based in Singapore, focusing on human-centric cybersecurity.

  • Provide insight on deal complexity, terms, and pricing.
  • Review non-standard deals and secure approvals.
  • Ensure accurate information and tracking in internal systems.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech environment.
  • 4+ years directly managing a team.
  • Success in hiring, managing, and developing diverse teams.
  • Ability to triage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build relationships and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Analyze contracts and apply revenue recognition principles.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The Role

As the Manager, Deals Desk, you will support the Sales organization while managing a team of Deals Desk Analysts. You will play a vital role in supporting our salesforce in deal structure, pricing, quotes, reviewing contracts and a key partner in managing the end-to-end Q2C process. You will use your critical thinking skills to find solutions to complex situations and create “win-win” situations. You will have the opportunity to improve processes and participate in system enhancement initiatives.

Your day-to-day

  • Be a trusted advisor for the Sales organization and your team to facilitate a seamless sales process
  • Provide day to day leadership, providing guidance to a team of analysts on decision making and critical thinking, supporting the business in achieving long term goals
  • Partner with recruiting team to grow team for hiring needs, including sourcing, and interviewing candidates
  • Work with your team to create individual goals that support their career development objectives
  • Work with cross functional teams to establish consistent requirements for sales opportunities during approval process
  • Provide insight to internal stakeholders on deal complexity, terms, and pricing strategy
  • Review non-standards deals and involve necessary teams to obtain approval
  • Partner with Sales to ensure proper information and tracking is accurate in internal systems

What you bring to the team

  • Experience working in SaaS or tech environment
  • Preferred 4+ years directly managing a team
  • Demonstrated success at hiring, managing, and developing a diverse and inclusive team with a commitment to team building
  • Use your ability to “triage” in a fast-paced environment
  • Build relationships and get “buy-in” from various stakeholders (e.g., Revenue Accounting, Order Management, Legal)
  • Ability to analyze contracts and apply basic revenue recognition principals
  • Communications skills that are proven to effectively communicate with team members both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ is a plus.
