Job Description

.Net Delivery Manager will implement, manage, and support web-based applications for Dental Network Administration, Quality Management Program, Clinical AI Review DB, and Cactus. This role involves leading offshore technical teams, developing applications, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with onshore technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, .Net core, Restful API, WCF, MVC, and MSSQL, along with experience in Oracle SQL Server, jQuery, JavaScript, CI/CD, Jenkins, Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, React & Angular basics, Launchpad, AWS services basics, Swagger, PostgreSQL, and Hive & Presto. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with building and consuming Restful API Services, creating queries, stored procedures, and packages, detailed knowledge of design patterns and application architecture, experience in an onshore/offshore model, and the ability to lead technical teams, participate in PI planning, manage risks and dependencies, foster Communities of Practice, and manage software vendor relationships.

.Net Delivery Manager will implement, manage, support web-based applications supporting Dental Network

Administration, Quality Management Program, Clinical AI Review DB and Cactus. This person will be

responsible for leading the offshore technical team and developing applications, making enhancements, and

engaging with the onshore technology teams.

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including:

· Expertise in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, .Net core, Restful API, WCF, MVC, MSSQL

Resource needs to have hands on experience building and consuming Restful API Services, create queries, stored

procedures, and packages for relational database management systems.

Resource needs to have detailed knowledge of design patterns, architecture connecting multiple applications

through Restful API services.

Resource needs to have the experience of working in an onshore/offshore model and have the proven ability to

deliver.

Resource will be the expert and go to individual for web and mobile application implementations.

Needs to actively lead technical teams and participate in PI planning events.

Help manage risks and dependencies including escalating impediments.

Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices

Manage existing and new software vendor relationships to comply with Guardian Security policies

Provide technical guidance and mentoring for less experienced team members.
