Job Summary
Job Description
Seeking a Lead Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies within medium to large enterprises. The role requires expertise in directory services, specifically IBM/Tivoli, ISIM, and ISAM. Candidates should possess detailed knowledge and practical experience in automating processes using out-of-the-box capabilities, Perl or Linux/Unix shell scripting, Java/Python scripting, and REST APIs. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills are essential. Experience with Agile methodologies and related Safe Agile tools is also required, along with the ability to manage multiple complex activities under short deadlines.
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM technologies
- Expertise in IBM/Tivoli directory services
- Experience with ISIM and ISAM
- Proficiency in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, Java)
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Good to have:
- Experience with Safe Agile tools
