Sinch seeks a Deputy General Manager - Sales to manage existing and prospective enterprise clients in East India and the Media & Marketing business across India. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth with existing clients, identifying new opportunities in East India and the Media & Marketing sector, building a strong understanding of messaging, presenting and selling Sinch's products/services, performing cost-benefit analyses, and achieving sales targets. The role demands excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills, along with experience in Key Account Management and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the technology and business development.
Must have:

Job Overview

Looking for energetic, focused, result oriented Sales / Business Development Manager. Should have at least 10-15 years of experience in Key Account Management (Farming role) and New business development (Hunting role ) having successful track record in nurturing and developing key and new accounts and achieving sales targets.

Region Overview: Manage Sinch’s existing and prospect Enterprise Base in East India (Bihar and further Eastwards), and Media & Marketing business PAN India.

Must have exposure to interaction with senior level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Work with existing clients to drive business and revenue through product enhancement and product marketing

·        Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities in East India

·        Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities in Media & Marketing houses

·        Build up a strong understanding of Messaging both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective

·        Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

·        Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, client meetings.

·        Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

·        Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

·        Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

·        Build excellent relationships with customers

Skills set

•        Experience – Min 10 to 15 years in target oriented Sales role

•        Track record of over-achieving assigned sales targets

•        Must be an MBA from a recognized institute.

•        Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

•        Ability to present and sell with ease.

•        Strong people skills.

•        Equally formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical skills.

•        Experience with technology, business development, solution sales.
