Deputy Manager-3D Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager - 3D Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and quality assurance of 3D design projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The Deputy Manager - 3D Design will collaborate with various departments, manage resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:

Oversee the quality of 3D design deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to agency standards.

2. Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the 3D design team.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination:

Collaborate with operations and marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts and alignment with overall business goals.

4. Concept Development:

Contribute to the creative process by providing innovative ideas and developing design concepts and strategies.

5. Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, incorporating these insights into projects and team workflows.

6. Team Supervision:

Manage a team of 3D designers and other staff, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring high performance and morale.

7. Mentorship and Development:

Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.

8. Performance Evaluation:

Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in 3D Design or a related field.

· Proven experience of around 7-9 years in 3D design and design ideation, preferably in a similar role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in 3D design software and tools like 3DMax,Vray and Photoshop.

· Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
