We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a creative mindset and strong business acumen, specialized in digital marketing with a focus on partner engagement and the creation of business-driven marketing content and assets.

This role will play a key part in designing and managing digital assets that strengthen collaboration with partners, marketing, and sales teams—driving joint growth and increasing brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives and content creation with our partner network, working closely with sales, channel, and product teams to generate business opportunities.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear, actionable briefs for creative and production teams, with a strong focus on results.
  • Identify and propose new digital formats to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s value proposition and aligns with business priorities and partner needs.
  • Design and implement reusable marketing kits and content that partners can easily adapt to accelerate their go-to-market efforts.
  • Create visual content (carousels, reels, videos, infographics, copywriting, etc.) tailored to business marketing activities.
  • Maintain visual and narrative consistency across all digital touchpoints—internal, partner-facing, and customer-facing.

Performance, Optimization & Growth:

  • Track and analyze the performance of content and co-marketing initiatives (engagement, conversion, business impact).
  • Apply agile methodologies (A/B testing, growth hacking) to continuously optimize campaign and content effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and tools to keep the brand and partner value proposition innovative and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience working with business partners, co-marketing, and creating marketing initiatives with a strong business focus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to blend creative thinking with strategic vision and a results-driven mindset.
  • Advanced skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) and content analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in video marketing production and content creation for emerging platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
  • Strong ability to tailor messaging and content to local markets and partner networks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with sales, product, and channel teams to align marketing and business goals.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a hands-on approach—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
