- Solid handling of drawing tools (AutoCAD, Bricscad)
- 1 year of experience as a draftsman in building construction projects
- Availability to go to plants and work outdoors/in the field
- Basic English
Generic Description (Responsibility):
Responsible to the building projects supervisor for: The preparation of building project proposals; preparation of tender package plans for bidding projects; preparation of civil works specifications for building projects, support in the survey of building system equipment.
Required Competencies/Skills
Drafting technician or incomplete degree in Architecture / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer.
Basic knowledge of Construction.
Solid handling of drawing tools (AutoCAD, Bricscad).
1 year of experience as a draftsman in building construction projects.
Available to go to plants and work outdoors / in the field.
Proactive and interested in learning.
Work under pressure.
Strength in teamwork.
Effective communication.
Basic English.
General Functions
Responsible for the preparation of building project proposals, building improvement specifications:
Responsible for generating proposals and specifications for building projects according to the approved expense forecast for the year.
Preparation of tender package plans for bidding projects:
Responsible for the preparation of plans that are part of the tender package for bidding projects.
Support in the survey of building system equipment:
Support in the survey of equipment that makes up the building systems such as: Compressed air system, HVAC, Electrical, CCTV, Docks, Fire suppression system, kitchen equipment, dining room, exterior.
