The Distribution Manager at Ceragon Networks will focus on enhancing distribution engagement and optimizing the indirect go-to-market strategy to maximize revenue and expand market penetration. This role requires strong partner management expertise and cross-functional collaboration to ensure distributors are successful. Key responsibilities include managing distributor relationships, setting sales targets, monitoring inventory, coordinating training, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance, assisting with demand forecasting, and resolving issues.

Must Have:
  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors to drive sales performance and market coverage.
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure distributors meet or exceed them.
  • Monitor distributor inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Coordinate product training to distributor sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, contracts, and branding guidelines.
  • Assist distributors with demand forecasting, planning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to streamline processes and ensure distributors find working with Ceragon efficient and effective.
  • Resolve distributor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop marketing plans to help create demand and drive growth in the partnership.
  • Communicate formal policies and procedures in support of Ceragon ENGAGE Partner Program and ensure compliance with documented policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in distribution, channel sales, or territory management.
  • Strong understanding of distributor networks and sales channel dynamics.
  • Highly process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
