Job Description

As a DV360 Programmatic Account Manager in Large Customer Sales (LCS), you'll drive video and display growth for DV360 across various industries. You'll be a programmatic ecosystem expert, guiding clients on leveraging programmatic tools to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing DV360 accounts, developing programmatic media strategies, and executing business plans for customer and business growth. You will cultivate client and agency relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions using programmatic media tools. Collaborating with specialist teams, you'll develop joint strategies, optimize resources, and provide product development feedback. Staying abreast of the evolving advertising landscape, you'll provide detailed account analysis to ensure performance goals are met and educate clients on the changing privacy landscape.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently for client and stakeholder relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on advertising products or martech/adtech (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, or demonstrating products).
  • Knowledge of Media Agency (e.g., digital and traditional/offline),with the understanding of the market landscape.
  • Knowledge of DV360 platform from a Media and Tech angle.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence executive leadership levels.
  • Excellent project management skills in overseeing multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams, with the ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting (internally and externally).

As a Display and Video 360 (DV360) Programmatic Account Manager in Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will be responsible for driving video and display transformational growth for DV360 business across industries. You will be an expert in the programmatic ecosystem and help clients understand how programmatic media tools can help them prove their business and achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for Programmatic Account Management (DV360 Platform) of clients across industries, owning programmatic media strategy, adoption and acceleration across assigned accounts, with the goal to develop and execute business plans to drive customer and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Grow relationships with clients and agency teams,  building relationships with digital media decision makers, to understand their core business objectives. Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage our programmatic media tools.
  • Partner closely with specialist teams to develop joint strategies that drive display and video investments, optimizing internal resources across cross-functional areas to develop sales approaches, customized narratives, and provide product development feedback.
  • Build knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape, and serve as a thought leader to clients around evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.
  • Provide detailed account analysis to ensure that our advertisers are exceeding performance goals.
  • Own platform training, media planning, and execution of display, third-party video, YouTube, and Connected TV (CTV) campaigns. Educate clients around changing the privacy landscape, ensuring clients are set up for success.
