As an Editor at PR Newswire (a Cision company) dedicated to news distribution, you will focus on proofreading, gaining insight into the significance of press releases while developing expertise in the fields of Public Relations and Media.
You'll communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients, collaborating with the regional team to stay updated on the latest news across various industries in APAC.
Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
Ensure that all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding on distribution platforms and processes;
Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
Be available to work on shift;
1 year experience in the PR/Marketing/Copywriting field;
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this position;
Competency in reading Simplified Chinese is required;
High proficiency in written English is a must;
Adaptable to varying schedules, including the possibility of overtime or on-call duties on weekends and holidays;
Highly self-motivated with energy and accountability;
Feel comfortable interacting with people;
Solid computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing.
