Job Description

Responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing the activities of the electronic components production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, compliance with established deadlines, and cost reduction. Must ensure the implementation of good operational practices, promote continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry safety, environmental, and quality standards. Responsible for the performance of their team in terms of the Quality/Cost/Deadline triad, compliance with industry standards, and Safety and HSE standards. Collaborate with areas such as engineering, logistics, and quality to achieve the company's strategic goals.
Good To Have:
  • Post-graduation or specialization in areas such as Production Management, Quality, or Industrial Automation.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate, guide, and motivate production line employees
  • Monitor assembly and manufacturing processes to ensure production goals (deadlines, volume, efficiency)
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of operators and technicians
  • Use indicators to identify problems, implement improvements, and make strategic decisions
  • Lead teams and develop their competencies to increase autonomy
  • Improve Production/Repair and Investigation workloads, implementing actions to improve productivity and reduce rework
  • Ensure manufactured products meet required technical standards and specifications
  • Ensure traceability and compliance with certifications
  • Implement practices and technologies that increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or process automation
  • Define priorities and make necessary decisions to correct deviations
  • Ensure machines and tools are in perfect working order
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing unplanned downtime
  • Promote a safe working environment, following safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Conduct training and periodic inspections to prevent accidents
  • Manage proper disposal of electronic waste
  • Implement sustainable practices (recycling, reduction of toxic chemicals)
  • Manage performance through a standardized management process, integrated into the site's management process
  • Execute the production plan and daily customer expectations (Repairs), respecting the Quality of delivered products
  • Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Production, Technology in Electronics or related fields
  • Production management tools (ERP: SAP, TOTVS; MES; Planning Software)
  • Knowledge in electronic assembly processes (e.g., wave soldering, reflow, ICT/FCT testing)
  • Familiarity with specific quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-610 for electronic assembly standards)
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards applied to the industrial sector
