Your role and responsibilities
As a returns employee, you are orderly, organized and neat. Moreover, you are a communicative all-rounder who easily maintains contact with customers and colleagues. In addition, you love dealing with details and thus ensure correct processing of incoming warranty requests, collateral parts and quality problems.
You know better than anyone which part needs to be brought to which technician and thanks to your organizational talent you also know how to register this correctly in the system.
