Job Description

Sword Health is seeking an Enablement Manager to join their commercial enablement team. This role focuses on empowering go-to-market teams through resources and training, collaborating with sales, product, and marketing to drive initiatives and ensure commercial success. The Enablement Manager will lead the design and implementation of advanced training programs, develop and execute enablement strategies aligned with global best practices, and oversee the onboarding of new hires. Responsibilities include managing sales enablement projects, analyzing performance metrics, and serving as a liaison between commercial teams and other departments to foster collaboration and enhance sales performance.
Must have:

Sword Health's commercial enablement team is a key part of global commercial operations, focused on empowering go-to-market teams through resources and training. Reporting to a Sales Enablement Director, this Enablement Manager will thrive in collaborating with sales, product, and marketing to drive initiatives and will ensure commercial success through cross-functional alignment and execution.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Lead the design and implementation of advanced training programs tailored to address specific knowledge and performance gaps within the commercial team, including Sales, Customer Success, and Channel Management.
    • Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for enablement, ensuring alignment with global best practices in positioning Sword Health throughout the sales and customer lifecycle process.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with Commercial leadership to create and manage sales enablement projects, such as playbooks for managers, training tracks, and certification programs.
    • Analyze and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
    • Serve as a key liaison between Commercial teams and other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall sales performance.

What you need to have:

    • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, enterprise sales management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful enablement projects from inception to completion.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing sales training programs that drive measurable improvements in sales readiness and performance.
    • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, including common challenges and best practices.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to build and analyze performance data, translating insights into actionable strategies.
    • Demonstrated experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments to achieve sales objectives.
    • Expertise in developing competitive intelligence and defining strategic positioning.
$112,352 - $168,080 a year
Base: $90,720 - $142,560
Variable: $6,804 - $10,692
Net equity value per year: $14,828

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
