The role involves driving sales for Burner Parts, Flare Tips, Flare Systems Retrofits, Combustion Electronics, and Flame Scanners. Responsibilities include developing and executing market expansion strategies for Aftermarket Business and upgrades, cultivating client relationships, recruiting and leading a sales team, and undergoing product training. Job Duties:

    • Sales Development and Market Penetration: Drive and cultivate sales growth for Burner Parts (Process, Power and Incinerator), Flare Tips / Flare System Retrofits, Parts for Flare Systems, Combustion Electronics with a focus on Flame Scanners across various sectors.
    • Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to establish Zeeco strongly in the market for Aftermarket Business with existing as well as new End Users requiring upgrades/ performance improvements in the region.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking business opportunities with new clients.
    • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure sales objectives are met.
    • Training and Development: Engage in necessary product training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of Zeeco products, including sizing, selection, and application-related information.
    • Travel Requirements: Extensive travel, if necessary, to promote and facilitate sales.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical/Chemical preferred
    • Preferable experience between Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of experience.
    • Preferred candidates must work well with others at all levels within an organization, be confident in their technical capabilities, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, work efficiently in our fast-paced environment, and be able to identify/influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or significant work experience around combustion equipment required.
    • Knowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.
    • Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.
    • Independent / proactive work ethic.
    • Strong problem-solving ability.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer service/sales experience.
