Must have:
  • Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000 or more employees.
  • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way.
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle.
  • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships.
  • Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points.
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects.
  • Proven success in closing enterprise sales deals.
  • Consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting.
  • Understanding of sales process and moving accounts through sales stages effectively.
  • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience.

What you'll do:

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven success in closing enterprise sales deals or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
  • Competitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeed
  • An Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus
  • 3-10 yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
  • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations
  • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting
  • Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
  • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation
  • Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management
  • Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources

Base Salary Range is $125K-$150K + commissions
