Director of International Marketing

What You Will Do

Are you a high-impact marketing leader ready to elevate brand presence and revenue growth in the fast-paced cybersecurity landscape? Forescout, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to drive our growth in international markets, with a focus on the European region and oversight across the APJ and META region. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and security, leading initiatives that shape our brand, engage audiences, and fuel revenue growth across multiple markets.
  • Lead the regional marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and pipeline acceleration in alignment with high-growth sales goals and regional objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the regional sales leadership team, supporting cross-functional decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations on activities that maximize brand impact and revenue potential.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with sales and channel account teams, incorporating a mix of field and digital programs, including ABM initiatives, BDR campaigns, executive briefings, webinars, and events (both virtual and in-person).
  • Manage the European regional marketing budget to optimise resources and amplify marketing ROI.
  • Coordinate regional communications and activities to support awareness, engagement, and lead conversion for the European market.
  • Track and analyze ROI metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, adapting strategies to maximize impact on brand presence and sales opportunities.

What You Will Bring To Forescout

  • A seasoned field and channel marketing expert, with a proven record of driving revenue in high-growth technology environments, ideally within the cybersecurity, enterprise networking, or security sectors.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, always focused on winning in the marketplace and impacting the bottom line through proactive, opportunity-driven actions.
  • Experienced in lead and demand-generation programs, including in-person and virtual events, telesales, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Analytically strong, with the ability to manage data and conduct ROI analysis to measure success and inform strategic adjustments.
  • A strong communicator who can effectively convey value propositions to diverse audiences and work with teams across countries, understanding and respecting cultural nuances.
  • Self-starting and decisive, capable of making informed, swift decisions based on experience, data, and judgment.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in field marketing, demand generation, and channel management for technology companies.
  • Proven experience in enterprise networking or security marketing, with a deep understanding of current trends in the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/Sales Automation tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, depending on location.
