The Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the administrative duties related to day-to-day operations supporting Midcore divisional leadership. The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

What you'll do:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to Midcore divisional leadership.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and daily priorities for key members of the Midcore leadership team.

  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas.

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Divisional Leadership team, responding to communications, greeting visitors, and escalating important matters as needed.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, expense reports, presentations, off-site meetings, and other documents/communications as needed.

  • Assist with preparing and distributing meeting materials.

  • Participate in meetings, taking notes and action items and ensuring follow-up action is taken.

  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants in a team environment to ensure efficient work processes and coordination.

  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and requests as required.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proactive with ability to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Google suite (slides, docs, sheets), and concur (expense reports).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all situations.

  • Knowledge of corporate governance, financial concepts, and project management principles.

  • Ability to work outside of regular office hours as needed.

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the Divisional Leaders and act accordingly.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is $78,000 - $138,000, bonus, and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
