Job Description
EXPERIENCED INSTALLED BASE ANALYST
You will work in the installed base team, administering medical equipment, as part of the LATAM Back Office team in Varginha-MG. Administrative activities for operations and services in Latin America, within Philips' Global Business Services structure, to ensure processes are carried out according to internal procedures. In this team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly with various groups of internal and external clients.
Your Role (working hours from 07:45 AM to 05:15 PM)
- Creation and administration of medical equipment in the system
- Administration of medical equipment and alteration of information upon request
- Creation of normative warranty for installed equipment
- Support to internal and external Philips clients in Latin America
- Support to leadership with activity-related reports
You will succeed in this position if:
- Completed Higher Education
- Advanced Spanish is mandatory to deal with the Latin America team
- Intermediate/advanced English is desirable, being a differential
- Previous experience with various administrative activities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Desirable knowledge of automations, being a differential
