The Field Marketing Manager on the AMER Field Marketing Team is responsible for leading regional sales teams from a marketing perspective. This role involves creating specialized plans to build pipeline against targets and accelerate deal closures. The position is both strategic and tactical, encompassing planning, operationalizing, customer engagement through multi-touch plans, and follow-up. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales Leaders, developing and executing targeted marketing plans, leading go-to-market strategies, coordinating regional sales support tactics like Account Based Marketing and Deal Based Marketing, working with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging, integrating the partner ecosystem, and measuring campaign success with data-driven insights. Must Have:
  • 5+ years in field marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Job Description Summary:

As Field Marketing Manager on the AMER Field Marketing Team, this individual is the Marketing lead for their aligned Regional Sales Team/s. A Field Marketing Manager is responsible for sales engagement and for creating the specialized plan to build pipeline against targets (Marketing and Sales) and to accelerate deals to close. The role is both strategic and tactical – from planning and operationalizing, to customer engagement through multi-touch plans and follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and teams through 1:1s, QBRs, and planning sessions to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a targeted marketing plan that enhances pipeline coverage, strengthens customer relationships, and drives new business.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and coordinate marketing tactics to support regional sales, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), Deal Based Marketing (DBM) and customer engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (demand gen, product marketing, corporate marketing, partner marketing, creative, etc.) to align on strategies and ensure consistent messaging and brand.
  • Integrate partner ecosystem into regional marketing efforts and collaborate on joint initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years in field marketing; some prior sales experience is helpful
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, processes, tactics and tools 
  • Ability to understand and support Sales and their priorities  
  • Ability to manage vendors, budget and ROI 
  • Drive for Operational Excellence and Superior Customer Experience 
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 25%
