Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gaming devices on casino premises, ensuring the best customer support. You will diagnose hardware, software, and system failures, provide root cause analysis, perform preventive maintenance, and install equipment. This role also involves technical support for equipment operation and maintenance. You should be comfortable working independently after training while contributing to a team. The role is primarily at Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack but may involve on-call or project work at other locations.
Must have:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Maintain a Gaming License
- Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts
- Ambitious and motivated individual
- Basic proficiency in Excel
Good to have:
- Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

What Will You Be Doing?
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices on the casino premises, while providing the best customer support possible.
- Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
- Troubleshoot to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on Everi products.
- Preventive maintenance, relocating, and installation of equipment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
- Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
Nice-to-have's:
- Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $24 - $30/per hour and is overtime eligible.
