What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead Innovation: Drive cross-functional teams in developing high-quality casino gaming software and products from concept to launch.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leaders across the organization to align goals, share vision, and deliver cohesive product strategies.
- Execute with Excellence: Oversee tools, processes, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-impact product releases.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Explore new technologies and industry trends to keep Everi at the forefront of gaming innovation.
- Empower Teams: Manage staffing, resources, and partnerships to support your teams and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 12+ years in software development with production teams, including 5+ years leading diverse technical or operational teams.
- Proven leadership using both Agile and Traditional development methodologies across cross-platform environments.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of release management, deployment workflows, and full project lifecycle execution.
- Proficient in quality assurance, analytics, and the use of quality management tools to drive high standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Windows/Linux OS, networking, databases, and scripting.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 170,000- $215,000 CAD annually.
