Your workplace is our Benelux office, located in Breda.
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager Benelux.
Your primary responsibility will be:
- Focusing on smaller resellers and deals across our full product portfolio in your region
- Responsible for a portfolio of channel partners in the Benelux region
- Evaluate channel partner program eligibility to approve or decline new resellers applications
- Inspire channel business managers, identify opportunities, assess target customers, and allocate resources effectively to achieve our strategic and sales goals
- Perform partner account planning, prioritize accounts, and conduct quarterly business reviews for selected partners
- Be the driving force behind lead generation, nurturing, and qualification for our channel partners
- Provide support to distribution partners and colleagues in Denmark who oversee order management from our resellers
- Strong organizational skills are demonstrated, ensuring efficient management of daily operations
- Shows creativity and solution-oriented thinking, using feedback for growth.
What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
- You act as primary inside contact for partners in our region
- You daily call, advise and have commercial discussions with your customers in the Benelux
- You prepare and follow up on quotations
- You make appointments for customer meetings via teams or personally in our Breda office
- You assist with sales and marketing activities
- You know how to involve the right people internally and externally
- You carry out your work efficiently and effectively
- You arrange the administrative handling of our quotations in Salesforce CRM
- You provide basic sales training and demonstrations to our partners
- You follow up on sales qualified leads with channel partners
- You build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators and technology partners
- You strategize, lobby and drive attendance at trade shows, seminars, Milestone Trainings, Webinars and other promotional sales activities
- You effectively communicate knowledge on Milestone to partners, distributors & end users through incoming/outbound calls and onsite & virtual sales meetings
- You proactively work with partners to develop strong partnership with Milestone Systems and assist with partner growth
What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical related area
- 2-3+ years in a sales position or technical sales solutions, preferably in Video Security
- Experience in managing your customer portfolio
- Ability to make decisions independently with exemplary communication skills and a hunter mentality
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM
- Ability to effectively motivate in time sensitive and competitive environment
- Preferable technical skills to include understanding of networking/video infrastructure
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and verbal
