Tasks - What awaits you:
- You analyze financial key figures from various business areas and prepare the consolidated group performance in terms of content. Thanks to your pronounced analytical thinking, you structure large amounts of data, analyze purposefully and derive meaningful insights.
- You create meaningful management reports in German and English. You prepare complex topics in a target-group-oriented manner and use storytelling specifically. With your high quality standards, you ensure that format and layout requirements are met.
- You manage the group reporting process independently and coordinate schedules and interfaces. With your systematic way of working and effective stakeholder management, you react adaptably in a dynamic environment and ensure smooth processes and timely results.
- You implement group standards in the reporting structure and take over the technical leadership in the associated processes and committees.
- You take on projects for the continuous improvement of processes. With your practice-oriented mentality, you keep the big picture in mind and drive changes forward with foresight and persuasiveness.
Qualifications - What we wish for:
- A completed degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Controlling and/or Investor Relations as well as a sound understanding of financial value flows and relationships within the company. Experience from the manufacturing industry or plant engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent language proficiency in German and English, oral and written.
- A high degree of resilience and composure even with short-term inquiries and tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and a confident demeanor, even when dealing with sensitive information.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and Oracle Hyperion or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these tools.
