The First Impressions Coordinator is primarily responsible for creating an excellent experience for staff and guests. This role supports the Central front desk operations, connecting staff and guests to their next steps, managing office and café supplies inventory, and assisting on Learning and Development Group projects as assigned. This role is also responsible for providing administrative and operational support in coordination with their team’s efforts to further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to and direct incoming phone calls and external inquiries to ensure seamless communication and a positive first point of contact.
- Greet all Central guests and visitors warmly and ensure they are connected to the appropriate host, meeting, or resource.
- Manage check-in processes for visitors to create a welcoming and secure environment.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of general office supplies, café supplies, and hospitality items across Central Office buildings.
- Partner with YouVersion team members to provide a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for Bible Impact Experience guests.
- Serve as an on-site point of contact for hospitality vendors and deliveries.
- Assist the Learning & Development Group with assigned projects, tasks, or events, as needed.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow up to meet committed timelines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
- Strong guest relations and hospitality skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
