As a Remote Fitness Nutritionist, you'll work directly with clients to create customized nutrition and fitness plans based on their individual goals, lifestyle, and health conditions. You'll offer virtual support and guidance through video calls, chat, and email while promoting sustainable and healthy behavior change.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients dietary habits, fitness routines, and wellness goals
- Develop tailored nutrition and exercise plans aligned with client objectives (weight loss, muscle gain, performance, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support, education, and accountability through scheduled sessions and regular check-ins
- Monitor client progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure optimal results
- Stay up to date on the latest research and trends in nutrition and fitness
- Collaborate with other health coaches, trainers, and wellness professionals as needed
- Document client interactions in a secure, organized manner
Required:
- Degree or other Certification in Nutrition or Fitness Nutrition (e.g., Precision Nutrition, NASM, ISSA, AFPA, etc.)
- Experience coaching clients on both dietary and fitness strategies
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment
- Proficient with digital tools (e.g., coaching platforms, video conferencing, tracking apps)
Preferred:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field (required)
- Additional certifications in Personal Training, Health Coaching, or Behavior Change
- Experience working with diverse populations and health conditions
- Bilingual (a plus, not required)
