Must have:

  • Encourage dispatch and facilitate correspondence between field technicians and office personnel.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Prior work experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizing abilities.
  • Professionalism and meticulousness.

TemperaturePro is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team who is efficient and meticulous. This position is critical to maintaining efficient office operations and giving our employees and technicians the support they need. The ideal applicant will be well-organized, affable, and capable of handling several projects in a hectic setting.

Principal Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day office tasks, such as taking phone calls and replying to emails.
  • Plan and organize meetings, service calls, and appointments.
  • Keep track of client information, bills, and service records.
  • Help with billing procedures, data entry, and report preparation
  • Encourage dispatch and facilitate correspondence between field technicians and office personnel.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Prior work experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position, ideally in the service or HVAC sectors
  • familiarity with scheduling software and the Microsoft Office Suite
