Job Summary
Plarium is an international developer of award-winning mobile and desktop games. We are looking for talented Player Support Agents to work with our external support team for players of RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG. This role involves investigating player-reported game issues, responding to user questions, processing bug reports, and cooperating with development, testing, and game design teams. The position includes 8 weeks of training, followed by evening working hours.
Must Have
- Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions
- Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
- Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams
- English language skills at the Advanced level
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics
- Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask
- A laptop or PC and the ability to work during power outages
- Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine
Good to Have
- MMORPG gaming experience
- Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
