Must Have:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, refine, and implement strategic initiatives that support TemperaturePro's vision and growth objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure successful strategy execution.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Strategic Advisor, Business Consultant or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree.
