The company is on a mission to turn every software engineer into a Forward Deployed Engineer

Traditional software development is slow and bloated with boilerplate. The company is reimagining this with a software factory that takes Enterprise Workflows → domain driven architectures → working systems in hours, not months.

Right now, we are building the core product, the platform that makes this future possible. Our early team will define what the “software factory” looks like, from domain models /Evals to AI- code generation to orchestrating developer experience.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you won’t be sitting on customer projects, you’ll be building the platform itself.

Think of this as the “alpha version” of the FDE role: you’ll pioneer the mindset, the tools, and the components that future forward-deployed engineers will use. You’ll work closely with the founders and core architects to build the building blocks of the platform, fast, reliable, developer-first systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build core components of the platform, from domain modeling engines to code scaffolding, to developer-facing UI.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features that define the forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Work across the stack (React/Next.js, Node.js, AWS/serverless, modern databases) to ship end-to-end modules.
• Collaborate with product leads and the CTO to translate the vision into working Platform.
• Help shape the technical DNA: best practices, architecture choices, developer happiness principles.
• Be the voice of the engineer inside the company, asking “how would a forward-deployed engineer want this to work?”

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Builder mindset, you get energy from turning abstract ideas into working systems.
• Strong technical foundation across:
• Front-end: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind/MUI.
• Back-end: Node.js, Express/NestJS, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Infra: AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, Serverless frameworks.
• Curiosity about developer tools, you’ve used things like Retool, or internal frameworks and have opinions about them.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity: there are no fixed playbooks here, you’ll help write them.
• Evidence of shipping meaningful projects end-to-end.
