Job Description

Thales is expanding its presence in Romania by growing its Digital capabilities and developing a Group Engineering Competence Centre (ECC). Operating from Bucharest, Thales delivers solutions in ground transportation, space and defense, security and aeronautics. This role is for a Java Software Developer who can estimate and meet commitments, perform reverse engineering, and work autonomously. The candidate should have experience with Agile methodology, Kanban framework. The role also offers opportunities for personal development and career growth within the company, including the ability to build talents in another domain of the Thales Group and build an international career.

Java Software Developer

PROFILE:

You have the ability to estimate and meet commitments

You have the ability to do reverse engineering (understood aim of dev thought code reading)

You are autonomous (mandatory)

You have the ability to give feedback on specification or needs expression

You have previous experience using Agile methodology, Kanban frameworkbility
