Job Description

As a functional administrator, you work as a consultant for our clients. You are responsible for mapping and maintaining the needs of the business; the consumers of ICT services within an organization. It is your task to ensure that the (future) ICT services align as well as possible with the needs you have identified. Furthermore, you determine the impact of changes on current and future ICT services and proactively and reactively propose improvements to optimize the alignment of ICT services with needs. Additionally, you ensure the availability of the necessary applications, including the associated documentation (manuals, work instructions, etc.), thereby providing the desired functionalities. Finally, handling incidents, problems, and changes is also part of your duties.

You are responsible for providing for the needs of the business. To this end, you must be aware of the (future) PDC (products and services catalog) of the ICT service provider. You must also be aware of (future) developments that may influence existing or required functionalities. Furthermore, you are responsible for the availability of the applications and ensure the associated documentation.

Qualifications

• An HBO diploma;
• 3+ years of experience in your field and demonstrable experience with managing social domain applications in at least 2 municipalities;
• Agile working, BiSL, ITIL;
• It is a plus if you have knowledge of the applications of Suites for the Social Domain, such as the applications Suite4Werk en Inkomen, Suite4Zorg, iWMO messaging, and the associated links;
• Preferably experience with SQL/PLSQL, adapting, maintaining, developing, and executing SQL scripts;
• You preferably have experience delivering management information using Cognos or PowerBI;
• Issuing, registering, and managing authorizations;
• You are decisive and a self-starter, customer-oriented, and collaboration-focused;
• You are flexible and stress-resistant.
