Job Description

Sierra is seeking an Office Coordinator in London for a 6-month contract role, with potential for full-time conversion. This role involves greeting guests, managing office supplies, handling mail, maintaining office organization, assisting with executive meetings, managing facilities requests, and supporting new employee onboarding. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in office coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Must Have:
  • Greet guests at reception and uphold a friendly work environment
  • Order and manage office supply inventory (pens, staples, paper, ink, etc.)
  • Pick up mail, manage package distribution to employees, schedule package pickups
  • Maintain general office organization of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations
  • Assemble gift packages (baby gifts, customer gifts)
  • Assist with general requests from EAs to help set up lunches/coffee for customer and internal executive meetings
  • Point of contact for facilities requests and repairs, liaise with property management
  • Assist with requests from employees
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • 2-4 years in an office coordination or administrative role
  • Strong organization and communication skills

What you'll do
