Must Have:

  • Manage project health throughout checkpoints, focusing on key metrics such as schedule, budget, quality, change plans, and personnel resources.
  • Synthesize data points into metric scorecards and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Program Management and Execution.
  • 2 years of experience in Process Development and Improvement.
  • 1 year of experience in Strategy & OKR Management.
  • 1 year of experience in Performance Metrics & KPIs Management.
  • 2 years of experience in Program Risk Management.
  • 2 years of experience with Project Management Tools (Jira, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project Plan).
  • 2 years of experience with Dashboarding & Reporting Tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • 1 year of experience in Resource Management & Capacity Planning.
  • 2 years of experience in Budgeting & Reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in Data Analysis & Evaluation.

What you will accomplish:

Job Duties: Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions, balancing trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints. Anticipate potential project risks, perform root cause analyses, and create mitigation plans to tackle complex problems. Drive measurable results and influence others towards business goals regardless of reporting structure. Intake high-level business needs and translate them into product requirements and tactical plans. Lead the planning and execution of critical initiatives across many functions, including scope definition, surfacing tradeoffs, and gathering educated estimates to support commitment and planning decisions. Cultivate a culture of inclusion and promote a growth mindset among teams and collaborators. Manage project health throughout checkpoints, focusing on key metrics such as schedule, budget, quality, change plans, and personnel resources. Synthesize these data points into metric scorecards and dashboards for the senior leadership and across the organization to ensure all measurable achievements and metrics are defined, tracked, and aligned to company goals and objectives. Periodically lead meetings with product, engineering and business leads to assess project quality, technology needs, and timeline of deliverables. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

What you will bring:

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
