Job Description

LightSpeed Studios is seeking a Game Client Development intern to join their team. As an intern, you will be responsible for implementing and improving core software using Unreal Engine 5, maintaining and building code using C++, providing architectural oversight, and collaborating on technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in C++, Python, or TypeScript, familiarity with game engines, graphics APIs, and GPU programming, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

Strong coding skills in C++, Python, or TypeScript
Familiarity with game engines, graphics APIs, and GPU programming
Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Implement and improve a variety of fast and efficient core software using Unreal Engine 5;
Maintain and build code using C++ for all assigned work streams;
Help provide architectural oversight across the entire application;
Collaborate to devise optimal engineering solutions to technical challenges.

Requirements:

Strong coding skills in one of following programming languages: C++, python, TypeScript;
Familiarity with game engine, graphics APIs, and GPU programming;
A strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
